Contrataci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Al solicitar espacio publicitario en la revista Breathe, reconoces que est\u00e1s celebrando un contrato vinculante con nuestra publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Reserva de Espacio:<\/strong> La reserva de espacio publicitario se realiza mediante acuerdo escrito o electr\u00f3nico entre la revista Breathe y el cliente. La disponibilidad de espacio est\u00e1 sujeta a la confirmaci\u00f3n por parte de la revista y al pago correspondiente.<\/p>

Contenido Publicitario:<\/strong> Todo el contenido publicitario proporcionado por el cliente debe cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares \u00e9ticos y legales. Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar cualquier anuncio que consideremos inapropiado o que no cumpla con nuestras directrices editoriales.<\/p>

Entrega de Material:<\/strong> El cliente es responsable de proporcionar el material publicitario en el formato y la fecha especificados. Nos reservamos el derecho de posponer la publicaci\u00f3n si el material no se recibe seg\u00fan lo acordado.<\/p>

Pago:<\/strong> Los pagos por espacio publicitario deben realizarse seg\u00fan los t\u00e9rminos acordados entre las partes. Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender la publicaci\u00f3n de anuncios si no se reciben los pagos en el plazo estipulado.<\/p>

Cancelaciones y Reembolsos:<\/strong> Las cancelaciones de contratos publicitarios deben comunicarse por escrito con al menos 30 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles de anticipaci\u00f3n. La interrupci\u00f3n o cancelaci\u00f3n unilateral de este contrato publicitario por parte del anunciante sin motivo justificado implicar\u00e1 el abono del 50% de la cantidad pendiente desde esa fecha hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n del contrato a BREATHE SL.<\/p>

Responsabilidad:<\/strong> La revista Breathe no se hace responsable de cualquier p\u00e9rdida o da\u00f1o sufrido como resultado directo o indirecto de la publicaci\u00f3n de anuncios, incluidos errores tipogr\u00e1ficos, omisiones o cambios en el contenido.<\/p>

Modificaciones:<\/strong> Nos reservamos el derecho de realizar cambios en estos t\u00e9rminos y condiciones en cualquier momento. Se notificar\u00e1n a los clientes sobre tales cambios, y su continuaci\u00f3n en la contrataci\u00f3n de nuestros servicios se considerar\u00e1 como aceptaci\u00f3n de las modificaciones.<\/p>

Terms and Conditions of Booking \u2013 Breathe Magazine<\/em><\/p>

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking advertising space in Breathe Magazine. By contracting with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:<\/em><\/p>

  1. Booking: By requesting advertising space in Breathe Magazine, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding contract with our publication.<\/em><\/li>
  2. Space Reservation: The reservation of advertising space is made through a written or electronic agreement between Breathe Magazine and the client. Space availability is subject to confirmation by the magazine and payment.<\/em><\/li>
  3. Advertising Content: All advertising content provided by the client must comply with ethical and legal standards. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement that we deem inappropriate or does not comply with our editorial guidelines.<\/em><\/li>
  4. Material Delivery: The client is responsible for providing advertising material in the specified format and by the agreed-upon date. We reserve the right to postpone publication if the material is not received as agreed.<\/em><\/li>
  5. Payment: Payments for advertising space must be made according to the terms agreed upon between the parties. We reserve the right to suspend the publication of advertisements if payments are not received within the stipulated timeframe.<\/em><\/li>
  6. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations of advertising contracts must be communicated in writing with at least 30 business days\u2019 notice. The unilateral interruption or cancellation of this advertising contract by the advertiser without justified reason will entail payment of 50% of the outstanding amount from that date until the contract\u2019s completion to Breathe Magazine.<\/em><\/li>
  7. Liability: Breathe Magazine is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a direct or indirect result of the publication of advertisements, including typographical errors, omissions, or changes in content.<\/em><\/li>
  8. Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of such changes, and their continuation in contracting our services will be considered acceptance of the modifications.<\/em><\/li><\/ol>
